Introducing your 2025 Miss Rodeo Washington Sweetheart, Kennedy Rubia! Kennedy is a lively 7-year-old from Benton City, Washington, and the daughter of Austin Rubia and Kaycee Cook.
She is a 2nd grader at Kiona-Benton Elementary School, where she enjoys learning and discovering new opportunities. As a proud big sister to Magnolia, Kennedy loves helping her ride horses, cheering her on at events, and sharing lots of laughs.
This year, Kennedy has been working with her spirited pony, Fancy, and her mare, Zoey, competing in events through the Whispering Willows 4-H Club, Central Washington Pony Club, Yakima County Barrel Racing Association, and Benton City Junior Fair and Rodeo Association.
Kennedy’s confidence, tenacity, and can-do spirit empower her to overcome challenges and achieve her goals. She is thrilled to represent Miss Rodeo Washington Sweetheart and inspire others to dream big!
