About Hailey
Hailey Bolyard, Miss Teen Rodeo Washington 2026, greets you from northeast
Washington in the small town of Elk, where the trees grow tall, and the elk truly do come
and go as they please. She was raised helping her family produce quality AQHA
Quarter Horses and competing with them throughout her high school career in
WAHSET and rodeo queen competitions. Summers spent on the rodeo trail and
checking stock in pastures have instilled in Hailey a deep love for the western way of
life, which she proudly lives today.
An 18-year-old senior at Newport High School, Hailey has been actively involved in both
broadcasting and FFA. As a member of the school’s broadcasting program, her voice
could often be heard on KUBS-FM during football and basketball season. In FFA, she
served as a sentinel and currently holds the position of vice president for the Newport
chapter. These programs helped shape her future goals and passion for
communication.
Hailey plans to attend either Oklahoma State University or Texas A&M University to
pursue a degree in Agricultural Communications and Journalism. Her dream is to be
part of The Cowboy Channel and become a familiar face during the National Finals
Rodeo.
Hailey’s goal—now and in the future—is to help people better understand and
appreciate the western lifestyle in a positive and informed way. Hard work, humility, and
kindness are values she holds close to. During her year as Miss Teen Rodeo
Washington, Hailey hopes to encourage young ladies to be the best versions of
themselves while lifting one another up. She believes in embracing who you are and
helping those around you shine just as bright.
Watch for Hailey at rodeos and WAHSET meets throughout the spring and summer.
She would love to visit with you about rodeo, the Miss Rodeo Washington program,
agriculture, or FFA as she travels across the Evergreen State in 2026!
